TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Vendors must remain open during all event hours—no early teardown.
2. Only pre-approved items may be sold—no changes without written consent.
3. Businesses may only sell items they regularly offer (if applicable).
4. The business/organization listed must staff the booth—include staff names/contacts
above.
5. Vendors are responsible for setup, cleanup, and booth security.
6. Sacramento County Health Dept. regulations apply: Open food must be served from a booth with 4 walls and 2 front service windows (min. 16”x16”).
7. Health permits must be prominently displayed in the vehicle windshield.
8. Booths must include handwashing stations: soap/disinfectant, paper towels, water, and gray water bucket.
9. NO vendor will be allowed to participate without proof of liability insurance.
10. Fire extinguisher (minimum 2A10BC) required in all food units.
11. Spaces assigned on arrival—do not move or alter tape indicators without permission.
12. Alcohol is prohibited in booths. No alcohol/drug consumption during show hours by staff.
13. No sale or possession of alcohol or drug-related items—zero tolerance.
14. REFUNDS: No refunds for weather, acts of God, or terrorism.
Requests 3+ weeks in advance will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee.

Liability Release
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that participation in the Calidanza 2025 Festival del Sol may involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, illness, or even death, as well as potential economic losses. These risks may arise from participation in festival activities, the use of equipment, or the condition of the facilities and surrounding areas.
By signing below, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and agree to immediately report any unsafe conditions or injuries to the event organizers or supervisors.
I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizing committee, associated agencies, their officials, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or costs (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, expert witness fees, and litigation costs) arising out of or related to my participation in the event, or any failure on my part to comply with event rules or obligations.
I understand that in the event of injury or illness, emergency medical services may be required, and I accept that I am solely responsible for any associated medical costs. I also understand that the Calidanza Festival, its officials, employees, and volunteers do not provide medical insurance coverage.
