TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Performers agree to appear at their scheduled time and remain available until
performance is complete.
2. Calidanza reserves the right to curate the final performance lineup and timing.
3. No payment is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
4. Performances must be family-friendly. No explicit content is allowed.
5. Calidanza may use provided images, videos, and promotional materials for festival
marketing.
6. Performers agree to hold Calidanza and its affiliates harmless from liability for injury or
loss.
7. Performers will receive further day-of instructions closer to the event date.
8. Use of fire, open flame, or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited.

Liability Release
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that participation in the Calidanza 2025 Festival del Sol may involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, illness, or even death, as well as potential economic losses. These risks may arise from participation in festival activities, the use of equipment, or the condition of the facilities and surrounding areas.
By signing below, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and agree to immediately report any unsafe conditions or injuries to the event organizers or supervisors.
I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizing committee, associated agencies, their officials, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or costs (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, expert witness fees, and litigation costs) arising out of or related to my participation in the event, or any failure on my part to comply with event rules or obligations.
I understand that in the event of injury or illness, emergency medical services may be required, and I accept that I am solely responsible for any associated medical costs. I also understand that the Calidanza Festival, its officials, employees, and volunteers do not provide medical insurance coverage.
