TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Participation is limited to nonprofit, government, or social service organizations.
2. Calidanza reserves the right to approve or deny participation to ensure alignment with community goals.
3. No political campaigning, religious proselytizing, or sales of any kind allowed.
4. No electricity provided – please plan accordingly.
5. Bilingual or Spanish-accessible materials are strongly encouraged.
6. Booth assignments will be made at check-in.
7. All participants must check in by 12:30 and stay for the full event.
8. Booth space is free, but advance registration is required.

Liability Release
I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that participation in the Calidanza 2025 Festival del Sol may involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury, illness, or even death, as well as potential economic losses. These risks may arise from participation in festival activities, the use of equipment, or the condition of the facilities and surrounding areas.
By signing below, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen, and agree to immediately report any unsafe conditions or injuries to the event organizers or supervisors.
I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizing committee, associated agencies, their officials, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, or costs (including but not limited to attorney’s fees, expert witness fees, and litigation costs) arising out of or related to my participation in the event, or any failure on my part to comply with event rules or obligations.
I understand that in the event of injury or illness, emergency medical services may be required, and I accept that I am solely responsible for any associated medical costs. I also understand that the Calidanza Festival, its officials, employees, and volunteers do not provide medical insurance coverage.
